Should I Be Concerned About My Elevated D-dimer Level Given My Heartburn From Chest To Abdomen And GERD Symptoms?

Hi, I went to the doctor for heartburn from chest to abdomen and GERD symptoms. I do have a gallstone and a hepatic hemangioma. Slightly elevated lymphocytes, slight low netrophils, and low vitamin d, all other tests are normal besides d dimer. D-dimer showed 2400 when it should be 500. Should I be worried about d dimer?
