Well-defined cystic lesion measuring 3.8 x 2.9 x 3.1cms, vol-18.5cc with thin internal septations showing no internal vascularity is noted in the right ovary. Visualised part of right ovary shows normal vascularity at the time of scan. Ovaries measures as follows: Right ovary: 3.4 x 2.7 x 4.1cms, vol-20.8cc Left ovary: 3.7 x 2.2 x 3.5cms, vol-15.7cc POD is free. No evidence of ascites. Impression: • Right ovarian cyst - likely hemorrhagic cyst • Bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. ** Sugg: Clinical correlation with hormonal assay.
