High BP. Doctor Gave Medications For Slow Heart Beat. This Is Going On From Childhood.

In the past 3 weeks I had 2 real bad pats once I spent a night in icu my pat drove my blood pressure up real high they had to watch me for 24 hours and a couple nights ago I had another one and had to be taken again to the hospital where doctors had to give me something to slow my heart rate down I've been like this since my early 20s I am 48 now and its getting worse

Thanks for the query to H.C.M.
As you mentioned that , at present your age is 48 years.
Treated for rapid heart beat i.e.Tachycardia and for high blood pressure.
At the age of 48 years,very high blood pressure and rapid heart rate is concerning .You need to investigated with E K G and echocardiogram to isolate the case.
I would recommend you visit a cardiologist at the earliest & sort this problem.
