High BP is still there which She can cotrole even with half tablet of Amtas At 25 ie 5-25 but the BP has become cyclic going down to 110/55-60 at which she feels very uncomfortable having to get up at night taking cofee /salt etc.We have tried taking Amlopress / Atenol uto 50 mg but the BP rises to 170/85 within two days of change. Kindly suggest some medecine by way of which the Bp does not drop below 70. steady Bp at 120 to 140/ 75-80 most desirable. Her endcondriology is under controle. Regards J.S.Aurora
Hi, the inconstant ,vibrating B.P may be due to the variation in the state of the brain, that is the tension of the health , family, etc. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe low dose anti hypertensive like atenolol25, B.D, and alprazolam .5 at bed time. Thank you.
