I have had blood checked and also tested for thyroid etc. but my results all come back negative with bette than normal results. I am going crazy with worry yet my doctor keeps saying its nothing.
Hi,
There is nothing to worry about.
In 95% of cases there is no cause of Hypertension referred as Idiopathic.
Stress or depression can increase your blood pressure.
Avoid salt and Fried diet.
Check your blood cholesterol levels.
If all are normal there is nothing to worry about. It is due to tension and anxiety.
I hope I am sucessful in solving your query If u have further you can ask me
