Hello I m 31 and have borderline high blood pressure I checked my blood pressure and it s reading 128-90 79 I m useing a portable blood pressur machine

You might be having boarder line high blood pressure.
You may not require any anti hypertensive medicine.
Take low salt diet, avoid more carbohydrate, high fat diet.
Take regular physical exercise.
Keep record of blood pressure.
Avoid stress.
