High Blood Pressure With Congestive Heart Failure. What Are The Consequences Of Improper Medicine Consumption?

Hello there, my dad has CHF also extreme high blood pressure. He is 40 and about 210 his blood pressure stays at 188/128 most of the time or close to it. He does not take his medication properly and does not eat correctly. The doctor said yesterday that his heart is only working 15 % now. how long does he have if he continues to do the same actions.

I am very sorry that your father has all along ignored doctor's advice and and his ejection fraction is only 15%, which is a very grave situation and I think the worst is not very far if he continues like this.
However, one ray of hope is that by regular blood pressure controlling medication, his condition can be improved a lot. Also, optimum medication for control of heart failure sometimes can improve the work of the heart, there are also several advanced therapies for heart failure like cardiac re-synchronization therapy or device therapies in specific situations.
I would advice you to convince your father that he can still lead a fruitful life and PLEASE make him visit a specialist doctor and follow his advice on a regular basis. However,
