High Cholesterol Crystal. What Does It Mean?

I am a lady aged 27 years i have been having abdominal pains and when i went for check up i was told they said there is high cholesterol crystal they also mentioned something to do with having a lot of fats on the cervix .

Get the Ultrasound of the abdomen and pap smear( GYN Doc will take sapple from cervix).
