I am a 55 year old female having diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 5 years ago. I am taking medicines, but my fasting sugar levels are always high (around 145 to 160] irrespective of what I eat for dinner. if my sugar level is 130, two hours after dinner, when I wake up in the next morning, even without having a glass of water, my sugar level is 155-160!!. My PP levels are also around 145-155. I am fairly active.. do at least half an hour exercise every day. What could be the reason for the high fasting sugar and how can I improve ??
