High Sugar Levels. Prescribed With Glynase. Can You Explain The Test Result?
i am 41 years old women (Weight 57.9kg, height 151cm)i consult the doctor he say blood suger level 320 so he give the tablet RAMY, GlynaseXL5,
Xmet-SR,Ecosprin NU 75Mg. (i follow this treatment fast 20 days)
Blood: HBA1C : 56.6 mmol/mol (7.3%)
Average Blood Gluscose :158 Mg/dl
Urine Microalbu :Creat RAio :4.1 mg/mmol

Diabetes can be diagnosed by an elevated fasting blood sugar, 2 hr post meal blood sugar or HbA1c.
An HbA1c of greater than 6.5 % is diagnostic of diabetes. After a person has been diagnosed, the goal is an HbA1c of less than 7% though some doctors aim for less than 6.5%.
Your value is presently above the goal but can be reduced by taking your medication, exercise and change in diet- reducing the use of carbohydrates which increase the blood sugar such as rice/pastry/pasta/potatoes/bread.
The urine test is checking for the presence of microalbumin, if this level is increased, it means that the kidneys are not working as well as they should.
Unfortuately your value is slightly above- it should be less than 3.5. To reduce any further damage you need to control your blood sugar, your blood pressure should be less than 130/80.

Pre-diabetic=========5.7% to 6.4%
Diabetic============More than 6.5%
Clearly in your case it is diabetes.
Current blood glucose was 300 Mg /dl when your doctor examined it i.e. diabetes.
Urine Microalbuminuria:creat raT====4.1
This test is to be preformed to find out any disease in KIDNEY or not.
In your case your KIDNEY functioning very well as this is normal level.
Now it is established that you are a patient of diabetes.
Slightly you are over weight , if possible ,please reduce your weight 3-4 kg according to your's height.

You are Diabetes Type II with overweight, Hypertension and your reports show high blood sugar level that is 320 mg/dl it is not clear that is this Fasting blood sugar or Postprandial blood sugar level.
Your HbA1c is 7.3% which is high slightly.
Your average blood glucose for last 2 month is 158 mg.
Your ACR (albumin/creatinine ratio) is 4.1 mg/mmol, microalbuminuria is defined as ACR ≥3.5 mg/mmol (female) .
If it is your first test positive for microalbumin then repeat after 3 months and keep good control of blood sugar.
Rmamipril ACE inhibitor is also known to retard nephropathy and albuminuria.
Please take care of diet and regular exercise and keep periodic checkup of blood sugar and kidney function and HBA1c .
your treatment seems all right please consult internal medicine specialist and follow up regularly.
