I am quite positive if you do the following measures, you might feel better to a certain extent.
1. Drink warm water at regular intervals.
2. Steam inhalation 3 times a day.
3. A teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch of freshly ground pepper powder 3 times a day might help in aiding relief from the
cough .
If there is no improvement after 2- 3 days, I would advise you to visit your physician as you might require antibiotics.
Any history of fall or trauma to the hip ? Have you tried over the counter pain relief medication,
Diclofenac gel for local application, Hot fomentation ? If you have already tried these remedies and no improvement.....again warrants a visit to the physician.
I understand that you must be under a lot of
stress being a single mum to 6 children. However, you must take care of your health first. Only if you are healthy, fit and fine, will you be able to take care of your children.
