HELLO,

You're a type II diabetes on diet and exercise for management of diabetes.
Your HbA1c has been under good control.
You had Steroid therapy for Sacro iliitis. Your blood sugar is 295 mg/dl.
It is well documented the steroid causes hyperglycemia. This therapy may be for a short duration. no need to panic.
Repeat the blood sugar after steroid therapy, if it is still high then consult your doctor for oral medication for management of diabetes.
