History Of Failed Correction Surgery. Pain In Incisional Line After Childbirth. What To Do?

hello my wife had a correction surgery in the past but it failled , now after another child delivery through surgery she is complaining of sharp pains on the inscisional line and her nerval is gaping a bit please what can we do ? are there any remedial tablets to this or what advice can you profer she is traumatic about going for a fourth operation on the same suture line from her nerval to the pubics

The persistent pain in the stitch line with gaping of the wound needs proper direct examination and regular aseptic dressings. Oral antibiotics are also needed after culture sensitivity of the stitch line.
