History Of Family Hormone Imbalance, Getting Longer Periods, Abdominal Pain, Nipples Sore. Pregnant?

Hello my name is Jamie I am 22 years old and for the past 3 years I have had a menstrual cycle every 14 days which is odd but I have confirmed I have no STIs or STIs so I never got to concerned and my financial situation made me never go back to the doctor. Well last month in may I expected my cycle on the 25th as this would make 14 days. Since my lifestyle has changed a lot over the past 6 months I assumed it my cycle was just regulating itself and that justified in my head why I had not started. Well now it is the 13th of June still no cycle almost 4 weeks after my expected cycle I am sexually active so I took a couple of htp s all negative. My nipples are extremely sore which never happens and now my boobs are feeling super heavy and sore as well. I am experiencing a radiating pain in my lower left abdomen that almost feels like a bowel issue and a I also feel it in my bladder area as well. My mother swears im pregnant because it took doctors 6 months to confirm her pregnancy due to low hormone levels. but if that was the case in my situation why am I experiencing pain in my abdomen and if Im not pregnant why do my breast hurt? hormone inbalancement runs in my family but I just really wanted an idea of what could be causing this? Is it even a possibility I could be pregnant?
