History Of Gastritis And Esophagitis. Heart Rate Is Fast. Have Flutter Feeling And Mild Pain. Fainting. Recommendations?

20 year old female, 5'8" 129lbs, history of gastritis and esophagitis.
I have heart palpitations about 2-3 times per day, with my heart rate ranging from around usually 120-150 when I have the flutter feeling and mild pain (3 or 4/10 pain scale maybe). This has been going on for about 6 years that I can remember, and it will come and go every few weeks last for a week or two. Its been happening more often that I can tell, especially in the past few weeks where I will get dizzy, nauseated, and diaphoretic. It seems to be agitated during very mild physical activity, like even brushing my teeth or changing clothes, and stress. Although, I feel like this is more than just stress. Today, a few times my heart rate had reached around 190 lasting for a few minutes then back down to 100-120. Rarely does my HR go below 100 resting. Occasionally I'll have it to be really high then drop to 50-60 then back up to 120. I've had a 12-lead done with Vent. Rate 109, PR interval 106ms, QRS Duration: 112ms, QT/QTc 306/428ms, P-R-T axes 50-60-7, and unconfirmed with Sinus Arrhythmia and short PR interval. I used to faint fairly often a few years ago, and have nearly fainted recently while experiencing the tachycardia. I'll have these attacks anytime throughout the day, whether I be laying in bed resting or exercising. I don't smoke or drink and I am healthy, eat healthy and go to the gym around 4-5 times a week. I am going to make an appointment to be seen eventually, I was just wondering what could be going on. I have been to my pediatrician last year and she said that I was "fine as long as my pulse didn't go so fast that I couldn't count" without doing any tests other than listening with a stethoscope. What do you think?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Ma'm
Thanks for writing to us.
A near fainting attack, a pulse rate of 190 with multiple episode associated with dizziness, nausea, sweating indicate something abnormal. There is a strong suspicion of a rhythm disorder historically. Moreover your ECG has prolonged QRS complex with short PR interval which may indicate a well known electrical disturbance of heart (I would not name it , as I can not see your ECG). I sincerely advise you to see your cardiologist on priority.
Sincerely

General & Family Physician Dr. Nehal Mehta's  Response
history you provided is highly suggestive of some rhythm problem, and you had enough symptoms , mandating thorough cardiac evaluation for you.
Based on ECG findings you gave , i will suspect pre-excitation syndrome however , this may not be any better than guessing as not ssing your ECG.
I suggest you , Cardiologist Consultation (interventional cardiologist , or even better if Electrophysiologist). definately you will be asked for 24hrs holter .
Dont worry even if pre-excitation is there , you have very safe and highly successful treatment option.

hope this helps you
