History Of Miscarriage. Reason?
sir two days back my wife had missed abortion .because child growth is not good 36 days only then stoped then automaticaly my wife have a period.wat is the reason sir.my wife every thing normal my total sperms count 40 millions per ml moving sperm 60 percent, size normal ,nomal sperm 90 percent,pin head sperm 10 persent wat is the reason for missed abotion

Missed abortion may be due to many reasons .
1 Therapeutic incompatability , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for grouping .
2 Any abnormality during implantation , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus.
3 Uterine pathology, diagnosis can be confirmed by physical as well as ultrasound of uterus.
In my opinion sperms are not responsible for missed abortion. Once fertilization , no role of sperm in missed abortion.
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
