Urologist 's  Response
Good Day! I would suggest going back to your Urologist. Nine years after surgery my primary consideration would be prostate regrowth. He may need to examine your urine, do a rectal examination, and maybe an ultrasound to see if the prostate really grew back. He may put you on prostate medications (alpha blockers) or he may suggest doing another surgery.

Best Wishes.
