Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
From your Query i understood that you are suffering from Post Concussion syndrome or post traumatic headache.
Mild injuries in brain does not reveal on CT or MRI of Brain.
Neurological examination are also normal in mild injuries.
Head ache following mild head injury after many days is due to stretching and shearing forces on nerve fibres by trauma.
The symptoms post concussion syndrome may vary from individual to individual.
Many thought that the symptoms following mild head injury were psychological.
but it is false.
The treatment of post-traumatic headache, as well as other features of the post-concussion syndrome is symptomatic.
Anti depressants and NSAIDS are helpful in many persons.
Fortunately, most headaches following head injury gradually taper off within the first three to six months.
Hope it resolves.
Take care.
