hi welcome to HCM. UTI is not a simple problem to treat in home.you have to take antibiotics there is no other option.other remaining treatment is drink lots of water,clean the area after urination.dont do sex as it may spread to him also.dont neglect kindly consult your physician as early as possible ok

UTI is not something in which home treatments will be sufficient. You must take antibiotics to get it treated. For prevention from repeated infections, you must take plenty of fluids, keep your area clean, avoid multiple partners.
