How Accurate Is Pregnancy Blood Test In Determining Pregnancy?

Hi, I was just curious how accurate a pregnancy blood test is at determining how far along someone is? I just had one and they deteremined I was about 3-4 weeks pregnant. Is there a chance I could be further? The symptoms I am having are my like the symptoms I felt when I was further along with my first child.

hi no blood hcg tests are not very accurate to determine gestational age as there is a range for the same and it can be over lapping and vary from lab to lab. the most accurate method to determine gestational age is by ultrasound which gives an accurate gestational age especially in the first trimester by measuring crl. all the best take care.
