my son is 4months old.since 3 days he is suffering from loose motions n cold.today he got fever also. we went to dr. n brought walamycin-ds,nozuka af and sumol ds.afetr comg to home we have given walamycin-ds and nozuka af,from then he is doing warmtings.what i have to do now.plz give suggessions
