Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it seems like you are suffering from Recurring Apthous Stomatitis leading to Apthous Ulcers..
It can occur due to a number of reasons like deficiencies of Iron and Vitamin B12, stress, hormonal imbalances, acid reflux, diabetes, Hypothyroidism, allergies, dry mouth, physical injury caused by sharp teeth or dentures..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to get investigations done like Blood sugar, Hemoglobin %, serum Vitamin B12 levels, hormonal profile, complete blood picture.
Treatment of underlying cause will resolve your problem..
The ulcers the do not resolve with other treatments are treatable with Steroids therefore the Physician can advise you to take steroids..
Also with it gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia..
Do warm saline gargles..
Chew sugar free chewing gum to stimulate saliva flow..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
