How Can BPPV And Vertigo Be Treated?

I have had BPPV ongoing for 4 years. I've have been on various medications, MRI was done with no issues found, seen a physical therapist and a chiropractor with no relief. My Dr. wants to treat the headaches (daily headaches most likely caused by the eye movements and vertigo) but does not seem to treat the vertigo. It has affected my quality of life. What are my next steps?

Hi,

You can take drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms are severe you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
