How Can HIV Infection Be Diagnosed?

In 2015 my husband was diagonised with HIV and tb his cd4 was 8 he got cured and got better We don t use protection and every time l get tested my results come negative l last tested a few days ago is it possible that l am hiv positive and it s not yet showing

hi.. you should use precautions as HIV is most commonly spread through sexual intercourse. Recently infected person may not have any symptoms . However within a month flu like symptoms may appear which usually disappear within a week or month. HIV diagnosis through blood test for the presence of antibodies can take 6 months after the infection. So you should undergo follow up testing.
