How Can I Boost My Estrogen Levels?

How can I boost my estrogen levels? I am 19 years old I have a 2 year old and lost my second child a year ago(miscarriage) I will be 20 in September. Me and my husband of 5 years have been talking about trying for another child we are in a place where we are on our feet and ready for another baby. I m scared bc I dont wanna go through another miscarriage loosing 1 baby was enough for me. My old dr told me I may never be able to have another child he said my estrogen was way to low and instead of helping me find ways to help my estrogen he basically told me it was a good thing I lost my baby bc I m to young and I didn t need another. Hence why hes my old dr and not my present one anymore. He was very rude to me and unprofessional. Please any help and advice is appreciated?

Hello,

Few studies have shown that serum estradiol levels are related to embryonic growth within the first 12 gestational weeks of a pregnancy.

These levels have a direct correspondence with the size of the embryo during these critical weeks.

If estradiol proves to be low, supplementation of proper levels is crucial.

Lifestyle changes are a good place to start naturally treating low estrogen levels, in addition to learning the ovulation cycle and planning intercourse around that time.

Progesterone also important to maintain the pregnancy also check for your progesterone levels. In few people there's is an estrogen receptor hypersensitivity may cause this problem.

Don't worry surely you became a mother again but consult your gynaecologist she examines the causes for at ovary level or pituitary level then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
