How Can I Calculate Fertility Days And How To Stop Semen Spilling Out From Vagina After Intercourse?

Hi doctor.. We are trying to get pregnant.i got 2 questions related to it. We tried last month unfortunately it failed.my first day of last period was13 th of February. Can u pls help me to find out my fertile days? And another thing I am worried about is semen spilling out from the vagina after intercourse.. What to do for it.pls guide me.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
You may start having sex from the day 10 of your cycle for next 10 days. These are supposed to be the most fertile period. If you want more precise days then you may get a regular USG done to identify the fertile period. Regarding the spillage of sperm, it cannot be stopped and doesn't need to be stopped. Pregnancy requires only a single sperm out of the millions ejaculated. Only a small amount of healthy sperm is sufficient.
