How Can I Delay The Periods As I Am Going On A Holiday?

Hi..I am going on a holiday trip on 31st march fpr a week and my periods are expected on 1st april. I want to postpone my periods as i dont want to spoil my holiday trip with the cramps and the pain. \kindly please help me as to what i can take to delauy my periods.

Hello,

You can postpone your period for several days. You need to take Norethisterone tab (like PRIMOLUT-N) 5 mg thrice daily, starting from today till you want to delay. You will get a withdrawal bleeding, similar to period within 3-5 days of stop taking the tab.
