There are some basic steps which you should follow properly to gain your weight.
1. Take proper rest whole day means 7-8 hours at night and half to 1 hour at afternoon.
2. Be relax whole the day and do not take any type of
stress or tension.
3. Do
relaxation therapy,
yoga and deep breathing exercises everyday.
4. Take plenty of fluids and fresh juices which will give you more energy.
5. Do daily physical exercise like weightlifting and some walking also to maintain your body.
6. Take food too much with increased calorie around 200-500 more than daily requirements. Take 4-5 small diets a day. Take 2-3 bananas, 2-3 eggs, potatos etc in your diet.
7. Take protein diet also like various pulses and eggs
8. Measure weight everyday and note down it and make a goal to achieve.
9. Don't follow above advises too fast but gradually increase in daily routine.
