How Can I Get Normal Menstrual Bleeding Every Month?

I have been studying rigorously for past one year and also I kept doing sudden heavy exercises in breaks for the past one year to prevent myself from gaining weight, which has been an unsuccessful attempt, and this stress was a sudden lifestyle change for me which is clearly being visible in my periods. I got good periods sometimes in the last one year but it has mostly been very scanty periods. And this is continuing even now after I reduced my stress level to a great extent. I think one of the reasons could be me sitting on sofa most of the time in a day except during few hours when I do some exercise. Can you suggest me ways to get my periods well.

Hello,

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated to rule out conditions like PCOS which can cause irregular periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
