How Can I Get Relief From Neck And Back Pain Caused When I Fell Down And Tylenol Is Not Of Much Help?
I fell on my driveway last night. It was icy and my feet went out from under me. I did not pass out but it took a few minutes before I could get up. I had an immediate headache that is still persisting. It subsides when I take a Tylenol. I forgot to mention that I fell flat on my back and my neck/head snapped back and struck the cement, hard. There is no lump where it hit but I have a sore spot on the right side of my head, which makes no sense to me. My neck is starting to hurt too. Any suggestions?
Hi, You seemed to have hurt your back badly. I would recommend that you use local analgesic gel/ointment twice to thrice daily and take some painkiller like tab. diclofenac 50mg twice daily. Hot fomentation might help. In case your pain persists or worsens despite treatment ,then you might need to see your physician ,for any X Ray if required . Hope it helps.
