Understanding your concern. As per query you have symptoms of black spots from forehead caused after using balm which is because of fact tiger balm contain ingredients like camphor, menthol, peppermint which provide heat sensations and cause skin problems to those having sensitive skin. It can lead to chemical burns. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stop use of tiger balm ,wash your face immediately with mild soap with warm water, apply some moisturizer like calamine lotion, for headache take ibuprofen or aspirin and apply ice pack to the affected skin. If condition persist or get worse consult dermatologist ,who may prescribe you antihistamine drug along with other medicines.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
