Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For hair dye allergy I suggest you to take a short course of an oral Prednisolone. In addition I suggest to use a topical steroid cream for your hair dye allergy e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a week. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab Cetrizine once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription drugs and I advice you to kindly talk to your general practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
