Pimples come in your age & is a common problem;but if they are painful or are infected they should be treated with a oral as well as local antibiotic.Please don't get disturbed by this it is age related and to reduce it you should wash your face regularly with mild soap & water.If the problem is of infected pimples consult a doctor in person for examination & treatment.
