How Can I Get Rid Of The Constant Cold ?
Hi I am getting constant colds and no matter what I do I still get them. I’ve tried vitamin tablets but they don’t seem to be working.

thanks for choosing health care magic.See recurrent cold could be either allergic or you have some problem like deviated nasal bone septum or something like nasal polyp.So please get in touch with a ent surgeon for local examination and take treatment accordingly.Only vitamin tablets do not help.

This can be allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis, you need to consult your ENT specialist and get it treated. If it is of allergic inorigin, then allergy does not have cure, only preventive measures can rid of you from this problems. Any more doubts you are welcome.

Try this protocol for ur condition.
1- Avoid cold diet, dust.
2-Take a course of antiallegic with oxymetazoline nose drop( if u r not hypertensive).
3- Try this for at least 2 weeks., if u improve then its ok, Otherwise GET ur GBP done, with CXR PA view. n consult an ENT surgeon for further evaluation.( to rule out any infective focus).
