How Can I Improve My Sperm Quality When There Are Pus Cells According To My Semen Analysis Report?

Hlw sir. I am 23 yrs old.My semen analysis report is Amount: 2ml qua:whitish smell: fishy consistency :thin,Alkaline, sperm count 25 million, morphology:50%,Active motility:45%, weakly and non motile respectively 30% and 25%.pus cell:15-16 epithelial cell:3-4.please doctor I am very concerned cause few month ago i got married and we are trying to take a baby.So how can I improve my sperm quality and normal my pus cell plz suggest me with a better answer.

Hello,

Get examined by a urologist. Get a urinalysis (R/E and C/S) along with STD tests to rule out urinary tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases. In case the test reports show positive report you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals.

To improve sperm count and motility take high protein diet, like dry fruits, milk, milk products, red meat, lean meat, eggs, liver, walnuts, fishes, fruits and vegetables, etc. Take a balanced diet. Quit all addictions. Take supplements to improve sperm count and increase motility like Ashwagandha daily for three months.
