I work out 5 days a week (M-F). I eat around 2,000 calories - 2200 a day. I am a 42 male, 220 lbs., and for the life of me, cannot lose another pound. I ve been working out and eating this way for over a year. I lift weights MWF, Plyometric Cardio TTH, and run after lifting MWF about five. Can you help me lose 20 lbs? Thank you.
