Apply Ano rectal cream or Anusum cream on the area affected to get relieve from burning sensation in the
rectum. You can also take sitz bath twice or thrice daily to get relief. Burning sensation is indicative that you may have fissures. Get clinically examined locally before the symptoms worsen.
