Hello,
There are factors that interfere with ovulation like hormone issues, get clinically evaluated for hormones. Obesity or being
underweight may also cause
anovulation. Do regular exercises, walking, jogging, focus on maintaining a healthy weight. Get clinically examined and get investigations done to detect structural abnormalities that may be responsible for anovulation.
Get checked, rule out anemia, take balanced home-made food rich in iron and high in protein. Take bigger meals, cut on caffeine,
carbohydrate, refined flour, full fat dairy products, manage stress. Take uterine tonics. Get treated for PID,
pelvic inflammatory disease, thyroid problems, hormonal problems, tube blocks, etc.
Your treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed and the severity of the symptoms. Get blood tests done to detect infections like chlamydia or
gonorrhea so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Take antioxidants and fiber. You will have to get treated naturally along with conservative treatment with medications.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
