hi me tabasum have a problem of under weight , age 36 very worried about my slim physique plz help I feel very shy upon myself due to my slim body as such as I avoid social contacts also my hair is dull n grey skin flaky darkened and dry i have also gastrointestinal problem

Considering your age and assuming that you are of average height your ideal weight is expected to be around 60-70 kg. If you weigh well below this then it should bother you. From your query and symptoms that you mentioned i think you might be having a thyroid problem ( hyperthyroidism), i suggest you get a thyroid profile done. Some people weigh less due to genetic reasons, in that case you need not worry unless you remain healthy. You haven't told exactly what kind of gastrointestinal problems you are going through.
