How Can I Reduce Cramps In Pelvic Area?

I am a 54m year old woman, i am having cramps in my pelvic area, and have for a month or so. I only have my over s and tubes. my breast are a little bigger. I have gained over 15 pounds. i feel movement in the right side of my lower body and the left side of my middle of my back. Some time i have to move my back to stop the pain. But the crazy part is, i here a beating sound inside of me that is driving me crazy. I took a home test to see if some how something happen and it came back with a no answer. what could be wrong with me.

But I can't rule out anything without investigating. So I am writing some investigations which you need to get done: USG abdomen pelvis, CBC, TFT, LFT, KFT, and Urine examination routine and microscopic.
