How Can I Safely Wean Off Restyl And Libotryp After 7 Months Of Use, Given My Withdrawal Symptoms Like Insomnia, Anxiety, And Stomach Issues?

Hi I have taken restyl 0.5 mg and libotrypds for 7 months pls advise I am having withdrawal symptoms like lack of sleep, stomach issue, dry toungue, left palm slight sensation increased anxiety even while taking it and not getting the adequate sleep pls advise how I ween of it as I really need to detox out of these drugs , I took it for anxiety but my anxiety is fine but giving me major withdrawal symptoms thanks
