How Can I Stop Spasmo Medication Without Any Withdrawal Symptoms?

I have taken spasmo for more than a year now.. I tried to stop it but i cant stand the effect of the suffer from my body.. I dont know how will i stop this and which method should i used.. I dont want any one to know about my problem and have been fighting by my self.. Please help me to stop all this misery...

hmm.... obviously gradually lowering the dose. It's effects overlap with nicotine and the interaction is unpredictable. Basically, this is a very old drug that overlaps with many others. Under a physicians' supervision, you lower the dose, you get withdrawal symptolms, and there's a ton of medicines that would work on the side effects (rapid heart---beta blockers, sweats--blockers of autonomic sympathetic drive--clonidine, might cause constipation or diarrhea and agitation again, drugs previously mentioned).
It's a pretty bad drug to take
