How Can I Withdraw From Diltiazem While Suffering From Atrial Fibrillation?
I would like to stop taking Diltiazem 180mg capsules. I am an 81 yrs. old female. Diagnosed with A-Fib 16 yrs. ago. Have been on Diltiazem for several yrs. now. In the last five yrs. have had a lot of digestive problems. Diagnosed with sibo 3 yrs. ago.

You can switch to other drugs like metoprolol which as got less chance for gastric side effects.
Consult a cardiologist before starting new medicines.
