Hello,

The symptoms you have described are suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome. However, we have to rule out other pathology related to the intestine which also can cause these symptoms. For that, you need to do a certain investigation -
Stool routine and microscopic examination.
-Ultrasound of the abdomen.
-Barium meal test.
- Do a colonoscopy.
-To find out other causes.
-For that, you have to consult a gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
