How Can OCD Be Treated?

My son is super irritated by smells and things he touches. He is 36 and says that they make him taste lemons, or blueberries. He washes his hands constantly with bleach trying to get rid of the smell. This just started about 1 year ago. It s driving him crazy and he s very angry that I can t smell what he smells.
