Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are perfectly normal as per the scan reports .its ideal time to try for your luck since one ovary is having a dominant follicle. How to control PCOD symptoms? Avoid carbohydrate rich food . Take plenty of greens and vegetables.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
