Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

PCOS is a common disease and it can lead to infertility if left untreated. As a first line treatment you can try conservative measures like exercises to lose extra weight as obesity can worsen the symptoms. Avoid hot and oily foods and check your blood sugar level frequently and control blood sugar. If conservative measures fails, you have to seek medical advise and have to start proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
