Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) condition may last months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma accompanied by intense emotional and physical reactions. Therapy that teaches you to look the other way and to change your perception towards the trauma may help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
