How Can PTSD Be Treated?

I have been reading about PTSD and have found that even though it has been just about 50 years since I was in Vietnam, I still wake up at times in a sweat. I have had a few accidents in which it takes a month or so to stop waking up several times in the night and very nervous during the day.
