Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Treatment for Sjogren's syndrome depends on the parts of the body affected. Many people manage the dry eye and dry mouth of Sjogren's syndrome by using over-the-counter eyedrops and sipping water more frequently. Common medication uses are:
Using artificial eye drops, for dry eyes, use pilocarpine for production of saliva. Systemic treatment with hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate or other Immunosuppressants. Treatment may vary from severity and organ of involvement. You may use bisphosphonates for osteoporosis. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
